- Primero. NO ACCEDER a la peticion de inicio del tramite incidental de desacato ni a la practica de la prueba solicitados por la sociedad comercial Capital Salud Entidad Promotora de Salud del Regimen Subsidiado S.A.S., por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
- Segundo. Incorporar el escrito de la referencia y los anexos de la misma al expediente del Seguimiento a la Sentencia T-760 de 2008, orden vigesima primera.
- Tercero. A traves de la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion comuniquese lo aca dispuesto a la entidad peticionaria, remitiendo copia de este proveido y del informe presentado por la Defensoria del Pueblo al que se refiere el numeral 6 de este auto.
